Privacy Policy.
This policy explains what Badminton Raw collects when you use this site, what happens to it, and how to get it removed.
Who we are
Badminton Raw operates the website at badmintonraw.com from Sydney, Australia. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Badminton Raw. You can reach us at badmintonraw@gmail.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
The Player Assessment asks for a first name and an email address, and asks you questions about your badminton. It may also ask your age range. You choose whether to provide any of it.
Information collected automatically
Our host, Vercel, records standard server and analytics information when you load a page — things like IP address, browser type, referring page and the URL requested. This is normal web server operation and is used to keep the site running and to understand roughly how it is used.
Fonts
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We do not send Google anything else about you.
What we do with it
- To give you your result. Your answers produce your Player Outcome and the material that goes with it.
- To contact you about your result, the Roadmap and related Badminton Raw material, where you have given us your email for that purpose.
- To run and improve the site — fixing problems, and understanding which parts are useful.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
We rely on a small number of service providers, and your information may pass through them:
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
- Google Fonts — typeface delivery, as described above.
- Payment providers — if and when you buy the Roadmap, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
- Email and CRM providers — if you have given us your email so we can send you material.
Some of these providers are located outside Australia, which means your information may be stored or processed overseas.
How long we keep it
We keep what you have given us for as long as it is needed for the purpose you gave it, or until you ask us to remove it. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host as part of normal operation.
Your choices
- Access and correction. You can ask what we hold about you and ask us to correct it.
- Deletion. You can ask us to delete what we hold. We will do so unless we are required to keep it.
- Unsubscribe. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and it works.

Children
This site is aimed at adult players and at parents or coaches acting for younger players. We do not knowingly collect information from children without the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable steps to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are in Australia and remain unsatisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site develops. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
